    Burying her pudgy muzzle deep into her mother's pale underbelly, the tiny Praelium would bite her lip, looking out at the variety of animals. Yes, she was quite afraid, but who could blame her? She was being taken away from her mother- the one who had given birth to and cared for her and her sisters from the day they were born- and being handed over to some father that wasn't even there for her when she was birthed! Flattening her ears as the former deputy's telepathic words reached them, Efflorescence would emit a whimper. "P-please, Mama! Don't leave me here!
